Your photo goes into the puzzle gallery scrambled and pixelated. People have to actually solve it to see it clearly. Get enough solvers in time and it goes public in the main gallery.

If the puzzle is not solved by enough people within this window, nothing happens at all — the puzzle closes and your photo is deleted.

The deal

If 5 different people solve it within 24 hours, your photo is public in the main gallery for 1 day.

If they do not, the puzzle closes and your photo is deleted. Nothing gets published.

Before you stake it

  • Solving is a challenge, not a lock. Anyone who sits down and plays will see this photo clearly. The pixelation stops people scrolling past, not people who want to look.
  • Reach the threshold in time and it becomes public in the main gallery, under your name, like any other album.
  • Miss it and nothing happens. The puzzle closes and the photo is deleted.
  • You can withdraw it any time before it is cracked.
  • A moderator checks it first. It sits as “pending” until it is approved, and the deadline starts from approval.
