What are the games? 7 games, short rounds
All games work the same way. You play rounds against your opponent, and every round you lose you upload a photo right there in the game. Those photos go public for the time you picked. Most games run until someone has lost three rounds.
- Multiplayer Chess Normal chess. Lose a pawn and you upload, then you start a new board. Longest game here.
- Tic Tac Toe Get 4 in a row on a 5x5 grid (to keep it interesting). Rounds take a minute, so you play through them fast.
- Twist Five Get five in a row on a 6x6 grid. After each move you spin one corner of the board, which keeps changing the lines.
- Four in a Row Drop your discs into the columns and line up four. Easy to pick up, rounds go quick.
- Dice You both roll and the lowest roll loses the round. Pure luck, first 5 poses will get exposed
- Battleship Place your ships, then take turns guessing where theirs are. Sink them all to win the round.
- Tankwars Set your angle and power and try to hit the other tank. You get a few shots to find the range. After destroying a tank, you need to upload
One photo on this page to get in the queue. After that you upload one more every round you lose, while the game is running. You can take those with the camera on the site, so you do not have to leave the page.
On Quick Match you get any of these. Pick Specific Match if you only want certain ones.

The short version
You get matched with another member and play a game against them. Both of you put photos on the line. Lose a round and one of yours goes public on the site for a while. When the time is up it comes down and the file is deleted.
You pick how long your photos stay up before the match starts. Nobody can make that longer without you agreeing to it.
Uploading during a match
You upload one photo to get into the queue. After that you upload one more every round you lose, while the match is running.
You can take those with the camera built into the site, so you do not have to leave the page or dig through your gallery. The site shows you the photo before it gets sent, so you can retake it if the angle is wrong.
Exposure time
You set the time before the match. Every photo you lose goes up for that long, then it comes down and the file is deleted from the server.
Deleting a photo yourself before the clock runs out blocks you from the site for a while, so only stake what you are comfortable leaving up.
The AFK button
If your opponent stops playing, the AFK button ends the game. It appears once they have been quiet for a while, and there is a short wait between attempts so it cannot be spammed.
Ending a game this way exposes nothing. Neither of you loses a photo, the match just stops. It is there so you are not stuck waiting on someone who closed their browser.
Double or nothing
After you lose, you can ask for one more round at a higher stake. Your opponent has to agree.
Win it and you are off the hook. Lose it and your photo stays up longer than it would have. You only get to ask once.
Dictator mode
Before the game you can choose to put more than just the photo on the line. Tick what you are willing to risk and the winner decides it for you if you lose.
You can pick: how long you stay exposed, whether likes stretch that time, whether other people can download the photo, and whether one of your photos becomes your profile picture.
This is your own stake, not a deal you both have to agree on. Your opponent sets theirs separately and sees what you staked in the chat. Once you tick something you can add more during the game, but you cannot take it back.
Losing your profile picture
If you staked your profile picture and lose, the winner picks one of your exposed photos and it becomes your avatar for a set time. You cannot change it back yourself until that runs out.
Lose another picture match while that is running and the next one queues up behind it. Two losses means twice the time.
Live options
Some members connect a toy to the site. When that is on, your opponent can trigger it from the chat during the game.
It only works if you connected it yourself, and you can disconnect at any point. Nothing happens without you setting it up first.
Spectators
Games can be watched by others if the players allow it. Spectators see the board and the photos as they come in, and can chat, but they cannot play or affect the game.
